before the night stalker ( Richard Ramirez) terrorized los angeles another guy decade before him dubbed the east area rapist/original night stalker already had city gripped in fear he is responsible for 50 rapes and 10 murders his reign of terror lasted from 1979 to 1986 ...he has never been caught

this case happened not far from where I grew up.... in 1994 11 year old bianca white was home alone studying when her mother returned home she found her young daughter stabbed 30+ times there was no sign of forced entry so the detectives suspect she knew her attacker ....the person has never been caught
