Just the American flag is flown days to commerate certain events in American history, black people should fly the RBG on the following days.
New Year's Day
To commerate the Emicaption Proclamation, Haitian Independence and the establishment as Haiti as the world's first black republic.

To commerate the Battle of Adwa. This decisive battle between the Italians and the Ethiopians secured Ethiopian sovereignty and kept Ethiopia free of becoming an Italian colony, the only African nation to do so.
During the month of April
April is Racist White Supremacist and Longing for Slavery and Segregation month aka Confederate States of America month. Also contained in this fuckery is Confederate Memorial Day, (which is a paid holiday,) as a counter, the RBG must be flown as a matter of prinicple.
